To register for the 3rd Annual Sweet Pea Sisters & Brothers Picnic
at Lititz Springs Park on June 1st, please email the following information to
Beth@sweetpeaproject.org by April 25, 2013.
1. Name and age of each child who will atttend
2. Name of each adult who will attend
3. The name or nickname of your sweet baby
4. T-shirt order information (details listed below)
Sweet Pea Sisters & Brothers Picnic T Shirts
We are excited to announce that we will once again be offering t-shirts for our picnic. The shirts will be practically identical to last year's shirt: kelly green with a white design on the front commemorating the event, and the option to personalize your shirt with your baby's name on the back. Thanks to a generous donation by Carol Rae Cullirton-Metzger, each child attending the picnic will be given a FREE shirt with their brother or sister's name on the back! Adult picnic shirts are available for a tax deductible donation to Sweet Pea Project of $10. Personalized shirts are $15. Order form can be found below.

Donations will be accepted by check, credit card or paypal. Checks should be made out to Sweet Pea Project and sent to Sweet Pea Project PO Box 10351 Lancaster, PA 17605-0351. Credit Card and Paypal payments can be sent through paypal to Stephanie@sweetpeaproject.org. If you have any difficulty please contact us right away. Please also make sure to specify which way you will be handling payment when you submit your order.
All orders and donations MUST be received by April 25, 2013. T-shirts will be ready to pick up when you arrive at the event.
Also please keep in mind any other family members or friends who may not be able to attend our picnic but may wish to “be there in spirit” with an event t-shirt.
