Bring the Sweet Pea Project to Your Town
Please feel free to pass this along to the bereavement coordinator at your local hospital.
Blanket Donation Program
Sweet Pea Project ships boxes of blankets to any hospital or birthing center in the continental US that requests our help, as long as we have the blankets to do so. The boxes will contain between 5 and 25 blankets (based on the hospital's needs and our donation inventory, as well as the type of the blankets.) There is no fee for this service, but we gladly accept donations.
If you are interested in bringing the Sweet Pea Project to your local hospital or birthing center, please provide us with the following information (emailed to Stephanie@sweetpeaproject.org) and we will see that your box is shipped as soon as possible.
1. Name of hospital/birthing center
2. Hospital's mailing address (please include the name of the person we should put the package in attention to, ie the bereavement coordinator, chaplain or L&D head nurse)
3. Amount of blankets needed

Because we only send out one box at a time, your hospital may still be in need of blankets even if they appear on this page. Please contact your hospital and if their supply is running low we will be happy to restock them.
Book Sponsorship Program
In addition to blankets, Sweet Pea Project also offers a Book Sponsorship Program which allows families to honor their little ones while reaching out to newly bereaved parents. If you would like to sponsor copies of Still. to be handed out to newly bereaved parents at your local hospital, you may purchase them for $5.00 a copy- a 50% discount- directly through the publisher. Before delivering them to the hospital, consider adding a bookplate to the inside cover explaining that this book was lovingly donated in honor of the short but precious life of your child and theirs.
